Preface: This Privacy Declaration is officially released by the operator of Fyno. This document aims to transparently disclose our data management rules for users who access and utilize our photo collage service. All terms stipulated in this declaration apply to every user who visits, registers and uses this application. Launching the application and consuming any core functions means that you have fully acknowledged and agreed to all privacy terms below. If you do not accept any term herein, please terminate your usage immediately.
Clause 1: Service Overview & User Access Rules
1.1 Service Profile
Fyno is a lightweight and user-oriented photo collage tool, dedicated to providing simple and efficient image combination solutions for individual users. The core service allows users to upload multiple local photos, select built-in exclusive collage templates of different layouts, adjust picture positions and proportions freely, and generate customized collage works within the app for user export and collection. This application is developed purely for personal non-commercial entertainment and creation, without any public sharing, data subscription or social interactive functions.
1.2 Age Access Regulation
Given the risks of uncertain image content uploaded by users and global data compliance requirements for image editing software, all functional modules of Fyno, including photo uploading, template matching, collage editing and work export, are exclusively accessible to users aged 18 and older with complete legal capacity in their respective jurisdictions.
This platform does not provide targeted services for minors. Any registration and usage behavior from users under 18 is strictly prohibited. We never actively gather any personal information belonging to underage groups. Once unauthorized minor access is detected by our system, we reserve the right to restrict device access and clear temporary cached image data without prior notification. Legal guardians may send emails to our official mailbox to apply for data clearance if unauthorized minor usage occurs.
Clause 2: Data Classification & Collection Boundary
We firmly implement the data minimization principle in all data processing workflows. We only collect data that is indispensable to operate photo collage functions. Under no circumstances will we collect users’ precise location, contact list, financial data, biometric identifiers and other sensitive private information. The data processed by Fyno is divided into two categories:
2.1 User Collage Content
Covers all original photos uploaded by users and finished collage pictures generated by users using platform templates. Such content belongs to the private property of individual users. All processing operations are executed based on user-initiated editing commands. The platform has no right to actively browse, replicate or reuse user’s original pictures and collage works without explicit written authorization.
2.2 Impersonal Operational Data
Refers to non-identifiable anonymous data automatically generated during application operation, including template usage preference statistics, function access records, system crash logs and anonymized device tags. This type of data cannot be used to identify any single user and is only used for internal template optimization, performance debugging and user experience upgrading.
Clause 3: Legitimate Purpose of Data Processing
All collected data shall not be overused or resold to third-party merchants for commercial marketing. We only process user data for the following legal and compliant purposes:
• Execute Core Collage Services: Complete image loading, template adaptation, picture layout adjustment and finished work export to meet users’ personalized photo collage creation needs;
• Optimize Application Performance: Analyze impersonal operational data to optimize collage loading speed, upgrade existing templates, fix internal program bugs and improve overall operating fluency;
• Realize Content Risk Control: Screen illegal, violent, pornographic and infringing pictures uploaded by users to maintain a safe and healthy creation environment for all eligible users;
• Resolve User Consultations: Respond to technical failures, template optimization suggestions and service related questions submitted via our official email address.
Clause 4: Data Retention & Security Protection Mechanism
4.1 Data Storage Rules
Original photos uploaded by users and completed collage works are independently stored inside the application. Users hold absolute ownership and management rights over all created content, and can modify, download or delete image files at any time according to personal creation needs. The platform does not enable mandatory cloud synchronization and automatic backup functions.
4.2 Retention Cycle
User’s original pictures and collage works will be reserved until users manually delete relevant content or uninstall the application. Impersonal operational data stored on encrypted cloud servers will be automatically and permanently deleted within 30 days after collection to eliminate hidden dangers of privacy leakage caused by long-term data accumulation.
4.3 Safety Protection Specifications
We adopt dedicated encrypted storage partitions to isolate user image resources from external third-party applications and prevent unauthorized access and data theft. Cloud-side anonymous operational data adopts multi-dimensional encryption technology, and all data access behaviors are recorded in real time to realize traceable safety management.
Clause 5: Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure Rules
The platform adheres to a zero-commercialization policy for user private image data. We solemnly declare that we will never sell, rent, trade or share users’ original photos and collage works with any third-party enterprises, social organizations and private individuals under conventional operating scenarios.
Data disclosure is only permitted under the following three exceptional compliant situations:
1. The user voluntarily issues explicit authorization to allow the platform to share specified collage content;
2. The platform receives enforceable legal documents issued by judicial organs and administrative supervision authorities;
3. Disclosing partial anonymous operational data is necessary to eliminate network security vulnerabilities and stabilize the operating environment of the application.
Clause 6: User Rights & Usage Obligations
6.1 Legitimate User Rights
Qualified users aged 18 and above have the right to view, download and delete uploaded photos and self-made collage works; the right to disable the collection of anonymous operational data through device permission settings; the right to consult complete data processing rules by contacting our official support mailbox.
6.2 User Binding Obligations
Users must guarantee that all uploaded photos have legal ownership and legitimate usage qualifications. It is prohibited to upload illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing and other inappropriate content. Users shall independently bear all legal liabilities, compensation losses and related risks arising from violating this clause.
Clause 7: Declaration Revision & Communication Channel
The Fyno operation team reserves the exclusive right to revise and update this privacy declaration according to product function iteration, industry standard upgrading and updates of relevant national data protection laws. The updated declaration will be published on the dedicated privacy page inside the application. Users’ continued use of the photo collage service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
